Pricing
Murals:
There is a $300 minimum on all mural projects.
Murals are a partnered project between me and artist, Angela Tran. The benefit to having a team effort work on your mural is that your mural is completed twice as fast and your final cost is lessened!
After the initial discussion you will be supplied with a rough sketch and estimate.
Before any painting takes place you will be given a more detailed drawing along with a final estimate, including mileage.
Pricing is estimated based on detail and size of the wall to be painted. On average a full day of painting runs roughly $500 per day. The average mural takes between 1- 2 days.
If you are happy with the ideas and quote a $100 non-refundable deposit will be required to begin the process of purchasing materials. At this point a date will be set to begin painting. 50% of the total cost is due the day the painting begins, with the remaining balance due when the painting is complete.
Cakes:
There is a $50 minimum on all specialty cakes.
Cakes are priced based on the number of servings. If detailed cake toppers are required there will be an extra $25 added to the cost. After the initial discussion and rough sketch are agreed upon, a 50% deposit is due to secure the time and materials needed to begin work on the cake. Cake orders must be placed at least 2 weeks prior to the due date. Any changes or cancellations must be made 4 days prior to the date the cake is scheduled to be completed. Deposits will not be refunded within the 4 day time slot.
Commissioned Paintings:
There is no minimum on commissioned paintings.
After the initial discussion you will be supplied with a rough sketch and estimate. Pricing is based on an hourly rate of $35, plus the cost of the canvas, and is estimated based on detail, size and materials. On average, a painting will take anywhere from 8-30 non-consecutive hours to complete.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to secure the time and materials needed to begin work on the painting. The remaining balance is due at the completion of the painting and before the painting is released. Painting must be paid in full within 60 days.
